Progress continues across all three homes in our current build.
Home 1 (Angel’s Family)
The exterior of the home is nearly complete, with painting scheduled as soon as the weather allows. The project passed its “All Rough” inspection—confirming that framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are all approved. Drywall installation is finished, and taping and texturing are expected to wrap up by the end of the week. Solar plans have been submitted, and the installer is ready with equipment on hand.
Home 2 (Three-Bedroom Build)
The second-floor joists are fully installed, allowing the team to move forward with laying the subfloor and protecting the framing from the weather. This home is quickly taking shape and moving steadily toward its next milestones.
Home 3 (Adrian’s Family)
The foundation is complete, and framing will begin soon!
Site Work
Underground utilities—including water, power, sewer, and cable—have all been installed and inspected. The asphalt access road and all four driveways are complete. Utility crews are scheduled to install a new power pole and transformer this month, which will also provide permanent power to the first home.
