We are excited to share that the first home in our current neighborhood development is nearly complete. With final punch list items underway and the HVAC installation nearing completion, we are preparing for the last round of inspections, bringing us closer to welcoming the first family home.
Work is continuing on the remaining homes in the development, with framing and site progress moving forward. City coordination has confirmed that remaining site work will not delay the first families moving in, with street work planned for late February.
We’re also grateful to welcome a new high-skilled volunteer to our Wednesday crew, strengthening our build team as momentum continues.
This milestone represents more than one completed home—it is the first of four homes planned for this neighborhood, laying the foundation for long-term, affordable homeownership in Nevada County.
