to our ReStore & Receive a $10 Store Credit! Recycling is the easiest thing we can all do to save energy, conserve natural resources, and create green jobs.
Did you know? Last year your donations diverted over 480 TONS of stuff from our local landfill to Habitat for Humanity ReStore. These recycled donations were purchased by people throughout our community and put back into use. Proceeds from your donations support our local Habitat for Humanity in building affordable housing in our community.
What do we accept as donations? We accept: Appliances, tools, lumber, hard furniture, cabinets, countertops, doors, drywall, windows, flooring, tile, paint, carpet, and MORE! Currently, Nevada County Habitat for Humanity is building the first 3 homes of a 16- home development, the Heritage Oaks Project, on Joyce Drive in Grass Valley. Click on the Projects tab at the top of this website to learn more.
